Lab & Build Area
To configure and distribute new hardware, you need the right skills, space, resource, logistics and speed of deployment.
Intrinsic’s Lab & Build area, located at our Customer Services Centre, removes the headache of configuring hardware on customer site. Here, we also offer advice and assistance on installation and general build, as well as initial start-up tasks and pre-delivery inspection.
Service Operations Centre
All Intrinsic’s Support is provided from our 24/7 Service Operations Centre (SOC) here in the UK, which offers a 3-tier support service. The SOC utilises an automated monitoring platform integrated with a full service management platform.
In addition to providing monitoring & diagnosis to our engineers, our monitoring system is also available as a secure online resource to customers to give them visibility of current network performance and access to historical statistics.
